Stark County Hunger Task Force: Food For Thought Food Drive: Donate Today!

Monday, August 07, 2017
SoL Harris/Day is joining with the Stark County Hunger Task Force to feed the children of Stark County and stop childhood hunger. We will compete with other businesses to fight hunger by joining the 'Food for Thought Food Drive' that supports the Backpack for Kids program. This program supplies crucial weekend meals to around 700 school-aged children each week at five local elementary schools in three Stark County school districts. 1 in 4 children in Stark County lives in a food insecure household and we are asking you to help us help them by donating food.

Please consider joining our staff in donating to the children of Stark County! SHD will be collecting food at our office until August 31, 2017.
